LENT is a time of grace and an opportunity to grow in the love of our God and our neighbor.
The six weeks of Lent is also a time of preparation for Holy Week and the great Feast of the Resurrection. Please take advantage of the many opportunities offered in the Cathedral for spiritual renewal.

 

 Ash Wednesday (Feb 17)

  Masses: at 7:00 am,
                        8:00 am,
                      12:10 pm, and
                        7:30 pm

  Ashes: will be distributed at all Masses and 
                at two children’s Prayer Services (open to all)
                    9:30 am (SFS), and
                    4:15 pm
(Rel. Ed.).

  Masses: Monday - Friday, 7:00 and 8:00 am, & 12:10 pm 
                 Saturday, 8:00 am

 Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration

 

 

Eucharistic Adoration began at St. Francis of Assisi Cathedral
    on October 4, 2003 in

The Lady Chapel (Parish Center - 45 Library Place - side entrance).

The Lady Chapel is open 8:00 am - 9:00 pm 7 days a week

 Stations of the Cross

  The stations will be prayed on Fridays:
     at 12:45 pm (after the 12:10 PM mass), followed by the Devine Mercy Chaplet;
           1:30 pm (SFC School),  and 
      at  7:30 pm.

  Morning Prayer is prayed throughout the year:

  Mon. - Sat.: 7:40 AM (See modified schedule for Holy Week)

  Mon. - Fri.: 11:45 AM (Prior to the 12:10 Mass)
           Sat.: After the 8:00 AM Mass.
