Dear Friend,

Warm greetings to you from the entire Saint Francis Cathedral Parish Community. We would like to get to know you and welcome you to the Cathedral.

This web-site provides an overview of the ministries and activities that "happen" in our Parish. Hopefully, you will review them and determine some specific area(s) of Parish Life that interest you. You will note the emphasis that our parish family places on service and spiritual growth. All are encouraged to share their talents with and to develop their interests in our growing community.

As Catholic Christians we take seriously the instructions of Our Lord to be one in Him. We have a strong commitment to develop our relationship with God through prayer, worship and compassionate outreach. We encourage reception of the Sacraments and we try to offer educational programs that enhance our knowledge and understanding of the Gospel message.

All of us at the Cathedral - Priests, Sisters, Deacons, Staff and entire Parish Family - want you to know that you are most welcome to worship with us. Please feel free to visit us at anytime. The Cathedral is open seven days a week. Our ongoing goal is to create a more Christ-centered, Spirit-filled and service oriented Parish - a welcoming, warm, vibrant beacon of faith, hope and love in our community and in our society.

          In Christ Jesus,
          (Msgr.)
