A Faith in Action Program

 

INC (Interfaith Network of Care) is a network of volunteers from 19 congregations dedicated to give personal and social support to people coping with chronic conditions, disabilities, isolation, and other age-related disabilities and to help those responsible for their day-to-day well being. Trained volunteer caregivers, agencies, and the community-at-large encourage people to continue to live independent, meaningful lives in their own homes. Volunteers provide services such as:

Information and Referral

Assistance with paperwork

Telephone reassurance

Seasonal yard work
