Phase 1:

The first phase of the project

involved:

bullet

 moving the image of the Lamb of God from the Sacred Heart altar

bullet

to the main altar.

This was completed  Christmas of 2008.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is the Present state of
   the Sacred Heart altar.

Previously the Lamb of God
   filled in the whole lower part
   of the altar and overlaid
   the Rose design you see now.
   (Christmas 2008)

 

The image of the Lamb of God in fills the space in between the legs of the Main altar.

Phase 2:

The second phase of the project

involved:

bullet

Shortening some of the back pews to make room for the Baptismal Font / Fountain.

bullet

Doing some electrical and pluming work.

bullet

Placing the old Baptismal Font in place.

bullet

Adding the Baptismal Pool and mosaic.

This has been completed (Easter 2009).

at  the rear of the Cathedral
(Front Entrance)

 

Phase 3:

The Third phase of the project

involves:

relocation of the tabernacle

bullet

placement of the sacramental oils (done) &

bullet

upgrade to cathedra - bishop's chair
